I know you are so ready to make a change in your nutrition and fitness but it can be overwhelming with all of the options out there.  I have been there and struggled too.  I can help you get to where you want to be.  It is so hard to be the best mama you can be when you lack energy, just try to get through the day and well, frankly wish your clothes fit better!! I was in the best shape of my life prior to my divorce, and it was a struggle to get my health and fitness back, but I have found a way and can help you be the best Mama you can be as well!

I understand your struggles, I work full time in the corporate world and have two amazing kids and two English Bulldogs that I am now a full timesingle mom to.  

I get it, it is hard to find the energy to eat right when you just want to relax instead of food prep after a long day at work.  It is easier just to sleep in then work out, for sure, but I can help you find ways to make things easier to take care of you and meet your goals!
